d0pe is on-premise, so you rent a server (a VPS) and run d0pe on it. Below are three sensible tiers with real providers and approximate monthly prices. Pick by how much traffic you expect. Prices are as of mid-2026 and exclude VAT — always check the provider's current page.

Tier 1 — Evaluation / low volume

Good for the trial and small flows. Target: 4 vCPU · 8 GB RAM · 80 GB SSD.

• Hetzner CX32 (EU) — 4 vCPU / 8 GB / 80 GB — about €6.80/mo. Recommended: fast, reliable, all traffic included.
• Contabo VPS (EU/US/Asia) — 4 vCPU / 8 GB — from about €4.50/mo. Cheapest, more RAM per euro.

Tier 2 — Real traffic

For steady daily volume. Target: 8 vCPU · 16–24 GB RAM · 160 GB SSD.

Tier 3 — Highload

Millions of rows and heavy analytics. Target: 16 vCPU · 32 GB RAM · 320 GB SSD, ideally dedicated vCPU.

• Hetzner CCX (dedicated vCPU) — guaranteed performance, no noisy neighbours — higher price, worth it at scale.

Settings that matter

• OS: Ubuntu 22.04 LTS (the installer targets it).
• Disk: SSD/NVMe — ClickHouse analytics love fast disk.
• Open port 80 (that's all you need to start). HTTPS is optional — add a domain behind Cloudflare later, no extra setup on the box.
• The installer sets ClickHouse kernel limits for you (see “Install hardening”).

Staying anonymous

Some providers accept crypto and require minimal KYC. Pay monthly, use a dedicated email, and keep the box for d0pe only. Your leads never leave this server.
