Flows & routing

Route clean leads by geo, priority and caps — with optional performance-based smart rotation.

A flow is the inbound container a provider posts into; its routes distribute clean leads (those that pass the Mask) to campaigns by geo, priority and per-recipient caps. (New to the vocabulary? Read “Objects” first.)

Weight — the traffic split

When a route has several recipients, each carries a weight and leads split across them in proportion. Two campaigns at weight 100 and 100 get roughly half each; 150 and 50 gets three-quarters to the first. Weight is how you dial one partner up or down by hand.

Caps & fallback

Set a daily cap per recipient campaign; when it fills, routing falls through to the next recipient in priority order. When every recipient is capped, leads park as Unassigned rather than being wasted.

Smart rotation (advanced, optional)

Setting weights by hand means watching dashboards and adjusting. Smart rotation does it for you: turned on per route (from the route's ⋯ menu), it sends more traffic to whichever recipients are performing best right now and less to the ones gone cold — which is what you want when you're running CPA and one partner's conversion drops off.

It's off by default and changes nothing until you enable it — standard routing by static weight is untouched. When on, it doesn't replace weight; it scores each recipient and adjusts the effective weight around your static one.

How the score is measured

By status quality: among the leads actually sent to a recipient over the window you set, the share that reached a good outcome — a good call status (your own Good bucket from Settings · Lead statuses) or an outright deposit. Status quality is chosen over pure deposit-conversion because call statuses arrive for most leads, so the number is stable over a short window instead of swinging on a handful of rare first deposits.

A background job recomputes the scores about every 30 minutes — never on the lead's path, so routing stays instant. Nothing you do at ingest waits on it.

The three knobs

It never starves a recipient

Even at full aggressiveness every active recipient keeps a real slice of traffic — an exploration floor. That's deliberate: a recipient you've stopped sending to can't be measured, and a partner cut to zero over one slow hour is a relationship burned. So rotation leans the split, it doesn't slam it shut.

Weights by hand for control; smart rotation when you'd rather the numbers followed performance for you.
