Buy d0pe for someone else's email — and bring them into your referral chain.
You can pay for a license that lands on somebody else's address. It works whether or not they've ever heard of d0pe: enter their email in the cabinet, pick a term, pay the invoice.
Nothing reaches them until that invoice is actually paid. Once it settles, they get the license key and setup instructions by email, and you get a receipt. They sign in with that address to manage it — creating a password first if they've never used d0pe.
If they're new, a fresh license is created for them. If they're already a customer, the gift extends the license closest to expiry instead — a gift reads as more time, not as another box to manage.
Gifting someone new puts them in your referral chain: from then on you earn your usual rate on everything they renew with their own money, for as long as they keep paying. That's the real return on a gift.
The gift payment itself pays no commission — you can't earn a cut of your own money. And gifting an existing customer never changes who referred them: whoever brought them in keeps them.
That applies to lapsed customers too. If someone had a licence and stopped renewing, a gift tops their licence back up but doesn't attribute them to you — they were already a d0pe customer, however long they've been quiet.
Gifting yourself under a second address doesn't work. Aliases of the same inbox are treated as one person, and a referred licence running on the same machine as the referrer's earns no commission — a second box of your own is bought from the cabinet, not routed through a gift.
Gifts are paid in money, not from your referral balance — that balance is there to offset your own subscription, and cashing it out goes through the normal payout review. Promo codes do apply. You can't gift to your own address; renew instead.
