KPI definitions

Exactly how each headline number is computed.

• Valid — leads that passed the Mask (clean/suspicious), i.e. were routable.
• Approve rate — approved deposits ÷ (approved + rejected); pending holds excluded until they settle.
• Fraud filtered — leads diverted to Unassigned by the Mask.
• Revenue — sum of confirmed payouts on approved deposits.
