Running more than one box

One license per server. How to add licenses and how billing works across them.

A license activates one box. Running a second server — a separate team, a separate vertical, a staging instance — means a second license on the same account. You don't need another email or another cabinet.

Adding one

In the cabinet, hit “Add another license”. It appears immediately, but it arrives expired: adding costs nothing, and it only starts running when you pay for it. Pay each license separately, on its own schedule — a 12-month box and a 1-month box can sit side by side.

The trial is a one-time thing per account, not per license, so an extra license doesn't come with a fresh 3 days. Once you own more than one, a switcher appears at the top of the cabinet; the key, hardware binding and expiry you see always belong to the selected box.

Referral earnings are shared

Your referral balance belongs to the account, not to a license. Everything you earn pools into one balance, and it will pay down the invoice of whichever box you renew next. Your rate is worked out from all the referrals your account has brought in, however many links you have.

Buying yourself a second license is not a referral, so it earns no commission — a referral means someone else's money.
