Caps, holds & quality control

Protect your relationships with per-partner controls.

Per-partner daily caps and per-lead holds let you control what each advertiser receives and when. Holds keep a conversion in the ledger until you resolve it, so payouts reconcile cleanly.

Quality analytics per partner (approve rate, trash reasons) tell you where to shift volume before a relationship sours.

Partner Anomaly — catching shaved leads

Shaving is when a partner marks good leads as junk to avoid paying for them. Partner Anomaly is a built-in tripwire for exactly that: it flags a lead when the partner's own status calls it trash, yet everything on our side says the lead was a real, clean person. The flag shows on the lead card (System Indicators → Partner Anomaly), so you can spot a partner quietly downgrading your quality.

It's raised during status sync, once per lead, only when ALL three are true:

The tell is the mismatch: the partner says junk, the Mask says clean, and the visitor was live. If a partner racks these up, you're likely being shaved — shift volume or open a conversation. Because it keys off the Trash category, the one setup step is to put your partners' real trash statuses into that bucket.
